3. Payments and Delivery

All payments are processed through third-party payment processors like PayPal and Stripe. Upon successful payment, the Product will be delivered digitally via email, which will include instructions on how to gain access to the indicator on your TradingView account. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

The Top Worth Trading Indicator, including its code, design, branding, and all related materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Top Worth Trading. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or reverse-engineering of the Product is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of your license without a refund and may lead to legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Top Worth Trading be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the Product.
